Tasting Notes

Appearance: Dark amber to medium brown in color, with a medium to high viscosity, hinting at the bourbon's depth and richness.
Nose: Rich caramel and butterscotch dominate the nose, accompanied by notes of chocolate-covered almonds and a hint of floral rose. The aroma is deeply aromatic, with layers of complexity that evolve with each sniff.
Palate: The palate unfolds with rich flavors of chocolate and toasted warm graham crackers, transitioning into aromatic allspice and raspberry fruit. Warm, silky sweetness coats the palate, reminiscent of maple syrup, with a subtle hint of spice lingering in the background.
Finish: The finish is medium-long and satisfying, with a slight drying sensation that enhances the bourbon's complexity. A transition from rich pipe tobacco to sweet rose floral notes eventually fades into clear raspberry, leaving a lingering impression of spice and sweetness.
