Hillside Select is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the steep, rocky estate slopes behind the Shafer winery, aged around 32 months in new French oak. It is plush, powerful and velvety, with the soft tannins Stags Leap is known for. 15.5% ABV, 750ml.
