Tasting Notes

Nose: Starts with an aromatic surge of sweet juniper and a burst of citrus freshness. Herbal layers unfold, offering delicate notes of mint, sweet gale, and wild thyme, harmonized by cinnamon and coriander spice, grounding the aromatic complexity of the Islay botanicals.

Palate: Rich and velvety, the gin envelops the palate with juniper-led warmth balanced by warming spices and bright citrus. As it develops, layers of earthy botanicals and nuanced herbaceous notes emerge, revealing the full depth of the 22 hand-foraged ingredients in a slow, intricate symphony of flavors.

Finish: Lingering and powerful, with a crescendo of soft juniper, gentle floral hints, and refreshing herbal notes like wood sage and clover. These wild Islay botanicals evoke the rugged beauty of Islay, leaving a lasting impression of both freshness and complexity.
