The Sexton Single Malt Irish Whiskey, crafted by the talented Alex Thomas, one of the few female master blenders in the industry, is a testament to meticulous craftsmanship and tradition. Made from 100% Irish malted barley and triple-distilled in copper pot stills, this whiskey achieves an exceptional smoothness. Consciously aged in Oloroso sherry butts, The Sexton develops a rich depth of flavor from the wine-soaked barrels, resulting in a beautifully hued liquid that balances dried fruits, subtle oak notes, and a smooth, enticing finish. At 40% ABV (80 proof), this whiskey embodies both elegance and complexity.
