Crafted from 100% malted barley, this whiskey begins its journey in ex-bourbon casks, imparting initial sweetness and depth. It is then finished for at least 9 months in ex-PX sherry casks, where it absorbs the rich flavors and aromas characteristic of this fortified wine.
