Tierra de Ensueño Blanco Tequila is produced at NOM 1580 from single-estate Tequilana Weber agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco near Jesús María, where high-altitude red clay soils rich in brick-content mineral contribute pronounced terroir character to the agave. Hand-harvested piñas are slow-roasted in traditional ovens, then fermented open-air using a blend of three yeast varieties — champagne, natural, and a proprietary strain — before distillation in both stainless steel and copper pot stills under the direction of Master Distiller Sergio Cruz and Master Blender Oscar Vázquez Camarena. Released in numbered batches by Vagabond Spirits Co., this additive-free expression earned Gold at the NYCE Agave Spirit Awards 2025 and stands out as one of the few Blancos on the market rested briefly in select bourbon casks prior to bottling.
