WhistlePig takes its 12 Year rye in a decadent direction — a limited Bespoke Barrel single-cask release finished in proprietary Maple Crème Brûlée casks, the very barrels that previously aged the farm's own maple syrup.
Drawn from WhistlePig's 12-year rye program (94% rye, 6% malted barley) and bottled at 86 proof, it keeps the signature rye spice and structure while the finish layers in toasted sugar, maple cream, vanilla custard, caramel and warm oak — a dessert-forward profile that still holds its bold rye backbone. Only a handful of these casks were ever filled, making this one of the rarest expressions in the Bespoke Barrel program.
