Wild Clay Collective is a line of hand-crafted ceramic decanters from AIKO Brands, launched in November 2025 alongside the Pelican and Flamingo editions. The Rainbow Trout piece holds a straight bourbon whiskey distilled in Indiana with no age statement, presented in a hand-painted ceramic vessel with realistic coloring and boxed for gifting or display.
The bourbon pours amber in the glass, opening with honey and charred oak on the nose. The palate carries that same honey character alongside stone fruit and charred oak, finishing smooth and lightly oaky with a spirited edge.
The Rainbow Trout decanter is built as much for the shelf as the bar cart, making it a natural pick for whiskey collectors and anglers alike.
