Willett Pot Still Reserve Cask Strength is a semi-annual limited release from Willett Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky, built on a wheated mash bill of 65% corn, 20% wheat, and 15% malted barley. It enters the barrel at 115 proof and goes into the bottle at full strength, giving a rich, full-bodied Kentucky straight bourbon that stays balanced neat or with a few drops of water.
