Woodinville Straight Bourbon Aged 10 Years closes out the age-stated series that began with the 8 Year in 2024 and the 9 Year in 2025. Distilled in Woodinville, Washington from a 55% corn, 35% rye, 10% malted barley mash bill of local grain, it matured in the distillery's private barrelhouses in Central Washington, where the extreme seasonal temperature swings pull deep extract from barrels built on 24-month open-air seasoned staves. Ten years in that wood gives it rich toffee and dark caramel, baked orchard fruit and a rye spice that sits right inside the oak rather than on top of it. Double Platinum at the 2026 ASCOT Awards and Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Limited edition, 750ml.
