Acre Largo Tequila Joven-Rosa is a new release for 2026 from NOM 1580, Hacienda El Olvido in Los Altos, Jalisco. This joven expression blends blanco tequila with a reposado portion finished in wine casks: roughly 90 days in Pinot Noir barrels and roughly 55 days in Chardonnay barrels, both sourced from Argyle Winery in Oregon. The wine-cask influence gives the tequila its natural blush color, with no additives or coloring used.

The nose opens with cooked agave, fresh berries, citrus zest, and vanilla, layered with light floral notes and a touch of subtle oak. On the palate it is soft and lush, balanced between the wine-cask influence and the underlying agave character, staying easy to drink without losing sight of the tequila itself.
