Tasting Notes

Nose: Enticing aromas of smoky bonfire embers and rich, earthy peat take center stage, interlaced with subtle hints of vanilla bean, dark chocolate, and heather honey. There’s a whiff of citrus and salty sea air, capturing the essence of Islay’s shores.

Palate: Full-bodied and robust, the palate bursts with intense flavors of charred oak, spiced leather, and roasted coffee beans. A delicate undertone of dried fruits, toffee, and zesty citrus adds complexity, creating a harmonious balance between sweet and smoky.

Finish: The finish is long, warming, and deeply satisfying. Layers of peat smoke linger alongside sweet malt, oak, and a subtle hint of brine, leaving a lasting impression of sophistication and depth.
