Tasting Notes

Nose: A warm, dessert-like bouquet of Bananas Foster, laced with buttery brown sugar, caramelized fruit, and a gentle bourbon heat. Hints of charred oak and tropical spice peek through.

Palate: Juicy green sour apple hits first, offering a tart brightness that contrasts beautifully with creamy banana, toasted coconut, and rich toffee from demerara sugar. Layers of caramel, clove, and nutmeg provide depth.

Finish: A bold, sandy-dry fade with lingering notes of oak spice, banana peel, and a subtle saline minerality—like sea air drying on warm skin.
