This is a high-rye straight rye built on a 95% rye, 5% malted barley mash bill, aged a minimum of three years in #3 char new American oak and bottled at 90 proof. That recipe shows in the glass. Cinnamon and cracked black pepper lead the nose, with caramel, vanilla bean and toasted oak underneath.
