Tasting Notes

Bottega Bacur Dry Gin is a sensory voyage that presents a harmonious blend of juniper and a unique selection of botanicals. Upon inhaling, the nose is greeted with juniper, citrus, and delicate herbal notes that evoke a sense of freshness. The first sip reveals a complex and well-balanced palate, where juniper takes center stage, accompanied by the subtle nuances of citrus zest, coriander, and an array of Mediterranean herbs. The mid-palate showcases a gentle spiciness, enhancing the gin's depth without overpowering its character. The finish is smooth and invigorating, leaving a lingering presence of juniper and herbal hints.
