Tasting Notes

Color: Deep ruby with garnet reflections.

Nose: Complex and intense, featuring aromas of ripe red and black fruits such as black cherries, blackberries, and cassis. Subtle hints of violet, rose petals, and forest floor add a floral and earthy dimension. Layers of spice, including clove, cinnamon, and a touch of vanilla from oak aging, further enhance the bouquet.

Palate: Powerful yet elegant, with a velvety texture and well-integrated tannins. Juicy dark fruits are complemented by savory undertones of black pepper, leather, and a whisper of smoked oak. Bright acidity provides balance and freshness, leading to a long, mineral-driven finish.

Finish: Lingering and sophisticated, with persistent notes of dark fruit, spice, and a touch of graphite.
