Tasting Notes

Color: Bright, medium-deep ruby red.

Nose: A rich and aromatic bouquet of fresh and roasted red cherries, wild strawberries, and tart raspberries. Blueberry notes add depth, while delicate floral hints of cornflower and wild rose emerge. Herbaceous tones of fresh thyme, bay leaf, and a whisper of smoky oregano lend complexity. Subtle spices like clove, licorice, and a touch of ground cinnamon further enhance the nose.

Palate: The wine opens with bright, juicy red fruits — sour cherry, raspberry, and crisp strawberry — followed by layers of sweet spices and a touch of toasted oak. Smooth, velvety tannins provide structure, while vibrant acidity keeps the palate fresh. Earthy undertones, hints of dried flowers, and lingering cocoa and espresso notes contribute to the wine's elegance.

Finish: Long and persistent, with a beautiful interplay of fruit, spice, and minerality.
