Start: The whiskey begins with a silky smooth and honeyed sweet start. It introduces the palate to a gentle and inviting foundation, setting the stage for the complexity that follows.
Malt and Fruits: As you delve deeper into the tasting, the whiskey reveals notes of malt and fruits. There's a delightful interplay of flavors, with maltiness providing substance and a fusion of fruit notes adding a touch of sweetness and complexity.
Intense Peat: The hallmark of Connemara Peated is the intense full-bodied peat that emerges. The peat smoke is robust and distinctive, infusing the whiskey with smoky, earthy, and slightly medicinal characteristics. It brings a bold and memorable element to the flavor profile.
