Produced by Distillerie Merlet & Fils, this unique whiskey draws on five generations of distilling expertise rooted in the traditions of Charente.
Distilled using traditional Charentais copper pot stills — the same style used for Cognac — and double distilled for purity and finesse, Coperies develops a smooth and rounded character. It is then aged in a careful balance of new and seasoned French oak barrels, allowing for subtle spice, silky tannins, and refined structure. Made entirely from French-grown barley, this single malt offers a delicate, floral, and fruit-forward profile that reflects both terroir and tradition.
