Don Chinto Toro Mosaic Ceramic Tequila Reposado arrives in a hand-painted porcelain decanter shaped like a bull (toro), finished with gold accents and floral mosaic panels using a separation-of-colors technique, where each color is applied and kiln-fired separately. A gold-collared ceramic stopper completes the piece. The tequila inside is produced under NOM 1479 by Compañía Tequilera Hacienda La Capilla in Jalisco, Mexico, from 100% blue Weber agave, and is imported by AIKO Importers and sold direct by World Whiskey Society.
This reposado shows a golden amber color with a nose of roasted agave, caramel, and vanilla layered over soft oak. On the palate it is smooth and balanced, offering honey, citrus, and light spice, finishing medium-long with warming sweetness and lingering oak.
The Toro Mosaic decanter is built as a display piece as much as a pour, making it a natural fit for collectors building out a tequila shelf alongside other figural and limited releases from the Liquor Geeks tequila selection.
