Tasting Notes

Appearance: Deep amber color with golden highlights.
Nose: The aroma is an inviting blend of caramelized sugar, toasted oak, and hints of vanilla. A delicate touch of dried fruit and a subtle spiciness add layers of complexity.
Palate: The first sip reveals a rich and full-bodied character. Notes of toffee, butterscotch, and honeyed sweetness greet the palate, followed by a gentle wave of baking spices, including cinnamon and nutmeg. The oak influence is prominent, offering a pleasant tannic structure and a touch of smokiness.
Finish: The finish is long and warming, with the sweetness gradually giving way to a lingering oaky and slightly peppery note.
