El Mayor is produced in Mexico from 100% blue agave, and this Café expression takes the house reposado in a roasted, aromatic direction.
The coffee infusion sits over a base of oak-rested agave, opening with roasted coffee bean and vanilla on the nose. On the palate, dark coffee and caramel notes wrap around the reposado's oak and cooked agave character, finishing smooth with a lingering cocoa-and-coffee warmth.
