This is Kentucky bourbon from Lux Row Distillers, drawn from a single barrel and bottled at cask strength, 120 proof (60% ABV). It rests in new charred American white oak, and the result opens like a cinnamon sugar cookie with a touch of cherry before settling into cinnamon, clove, vanilla and a gentle nuttiness on the palate.
