Rooted in over a century of family tradition, the Rosso estate has cultivated a deep connection to this land. Under the guidance of Davide Rosso, the winery has embraced organic farming practices since 2006, focusing on purity and sustainability. The Serra 2019 is crafted exclusively from Nebbiolo, fermented in concrete tanks with extended maceration, then aged for approximately 18 months in large French oak foudres.
