Hatozaki Whiskey Small Batch Umeshu Cask Finish 12 Year is a testament to the Yonezawa family's dedication to distilling, which has spanned over a century. This small batch Japanese whiskey is a refined and complex spirit that showcases a rich profile of cereals, complemented by distinct notes of iodine. It matures for an extended 12 years, developing a remarkable character and depth of flavor. The finishing touch is a unique twist – aging in Umeshu casks, which infuses the whiskey with a delightful hint of Japanese plum (yellow plum), adding a lasting touch of sweetness.
