Johnnie Walker Blue Label Ice Chalet is the 2024 Limited Release from Johnnie Walker Blue Label, crafted in collaboration with luxury winter lifestyle brand Perfect Moment. Encased in a stunning, limited-edition bottle bag that doubles as a cross-body bag, this whisky is designed to complement your après ski moments, whether you're lounging fireside or embracing the slopes. Master Blender Emma Walker curated this exceptional blend by selecting rare single malts from some of Scotland's most northern distilleries, including Brora and Dalwhinnie. These single malts, laid down during Scotland's coldest winters, impart a unique character, mellowed by the cold climate, resulting in a whisky that captures the essence of winter luxury.

How to enjoy: Best enjoyed ultra-chilled over 'peaked' ice for a rich, velvety experience, amplifying the inherent salted honey, cacao, and soft malt character

Size: 750 mL
Strength: 86 proof
Country: Great Britain
Encased in a striking deep blue reversible bottle bag that can turn into a stylish crossbody accessory once the bottle is removed, adorned with Perfect Moment’s bold North Star and houndstooth print

Tasting Notes

Nose:
Upon first nosing, Johnnie Walker Blue Label Ice Chalet reveals a delicate balance of aromas. Notes of crisp apple and warming spices like clove and cinnamon immediately evoke the ambiance of a cozy ski lodge. Subtle wisps of smoke intertwine with these fruity and spicy notes, reminiscent of a fireplace gently crackling in the background.

Taste:
The palate experience is rich and harmonious. Initial sips bring forth the sweetness of ripe apples, which then develop into deeper layers of spice. Cloves and cinnamon intensify, creating a comforting warmth on the tongue. The subtle smokiness continues to linger, enhancing the complexity of the whisky and adding depth to its character.

Finish:
Johnnie Walker Blue Label Ice Chalet concludes with a satisfying finish. The spices gently fade, leaving a lingering hint of smoke that invites reflection and contemplation, much like the serene moments after a day on the slopes.
