Masterson's proudly stands as a 100% rye whiskey, setting new standards for excellence within the rye whiskey industry. Their skilled artisans meticulously select the most fragrant and plump grains of rye, sourcing pure glacial water from the northern Rockies, and employing a traditional pot still distillation process. Masterson's is a true representation of rye, adhering to the strictest definition of traditional rye whiskey. The rye used is cultivated in the lush Pacific Northwest, and only the rye grains that display the ideal combination of weight, plumpness, and a rich, earthy fragrance are chosen. These distinctive characteristics, combined with the artful distillation process, contribute to the unparalleled smoothness that defines Masterson's.
