Tasting Notes

The nose of New Riff Kentucky Wild Gin is a delightful journey through layers of botanical complexity. Initial notes of juniper berries burst forth, revealing a touch of earthiness that grounds the spirit. As you explore further, you'll discover an interplay of citrus and floral tones, with hints of zesty lemon peel and a subtle undercurrent of wildflowers.

On the palate, the gin unfolds with a rich and textured mouthfeel. The juniper remains prominent, offering a familiar foundation, but it's complemented by an array of intriguing flavors. The native Kentucky botanicals come into play, lending a touch of herbal spiciness and a slightly woody character that adds depth. Citrus elements persist, with vibrant bursts of orange and grapefruit, providing a refreshing and lively contrast to the herbal notes.

The finish is lingering and well-balanced, with the juniper and herbal qualities harmonizing alongside a gentle warmth that is both comforting and invigorating.
