Released in tiny allocations and bottled individually with a numbered label signed by Carolus Nolet Sr., The Reserve is widely regarded as one of the most exclusive gins ever produced, hand-crafted from a closely guarded recipe built around saffron and verbena.
The nose leads with warm saffron, lemon verbena, and a soft wash of juniper, drifting into subtle spice and floral lift. The palate is silky and deeply aromatic: more saffron, honeyed citrus, a hint of ripe apricot, and a refined herbal backbone that runs through a long, elegant finish. At 104.6 proof, it carries weight and concentration without heat—this is a sipping gin, not a mixer.
