Peloton de la Muerte represents a distinguished mezcal brand that adheres to traditional production methods in Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca, often referred to as 'The World's Capital of Mezcal.' Rooted in history, the label's name, which translates to "Brigade of Death," pays homage to the insurgents of the Mexican Revolution. These revolutionaries, known as 'the squadron of death for the suffering Hidalgo,' sought revenge for the death of the founding father of Mexico's independence, Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla. Peloton de la Muerte stands out as a clean, well-balanced mezcal with a flavor profile that sets it apart in the world of agave spirits.
