The R6 Distillery Bourbon Bottle Logic Brewing collaboration is a remarkable fusion of craftsmanship from two California-based pioneers in the world of spirits and beer. R6 Distillery, located in El Segundo, California, provides the base bourbon for this exceptional creation. Bottle Logic Brewery, hailing from Santa Ana, California, is known for its innovative and flavorful beers, and in this collaboration, they contributed the "Atmospheric Suspension Sweet Stout." The process involves distilling the beer to a high proof, up to 155, and then blending it back into the 3-year bourbon from R6 Distillery. The resulting creation is a one-of-a-kind whiskey that rests for an additional year, allowing the flavors to harmonize. The final product is bottled at 43% ABV, representing the culmination of a true California craft collaboration.
