Rabbit Hole Dareringer Straight Bourbon is an exceptional whiskey that melds traditional bourbon craftsmanship with the rich complexity of Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry cask finishing. This unique bourbon, named after the founder’s wife, reflects a love story woven into the heart of Kentucky’s bourbon-making heritage. Finished in PX sherry casks, Dareringer combines the bold, rich flavors of American bourbon with the sweet, complex notes of aged sherry, creating a luxurious and unforgettable sipping experience.

Tasting Notes

Nose: The nose opens with a medley of raisins, currants, and dark cherries, accented by a subtle almond nuttiness. A rich sherry aroma unfolds, interlaced with delicate vanilla and oak undertones.

Palate: The palate is where Dareringer truly shines, delivering an explosion of sherry sweetness, with notes of dried fruit, molasses, and honeyed almonds. The PX sherry influence brings a velvety texture, complemented by bourbon’s inherent warmth and soft vanilla, leading to layers of complexity.

Finish: The finish is long and smooth, with lingering flavors of oak, vanilla, and sherry-soaked dark fruits, leaving a satisfying, rich aftertaste.
