Tasting Notes

Nose: The nose is nutty and inviting, opening with the sweet scent of peanut brittle, followed by buttered pecan and vanilla-almond ice cream. There's a fruity depth with baked red apples, Bosc pears, and a hint of dried leaves. Cinnamon, fresh challah, and a touch of orange peel further enhance the aromatic profile, giving it complexity and warmth.

Palate: Creamy and smooth, the palate reveals a delightful mixture of melted milk chocolate, tiramisu, and crème brûlée, with a gentle pepper spice that adds intrigue. The mouthfeel is rich, with the chocolatey sweetness of tiramisu blending seamlessly with the soft, dessert-like qualities of crème brûlée.

Finish: The finish is lengthy and satisfying, with lingering notes of espresso and cream, adding to the rich, smooth complexity. Sweet, tangy oak, sugared fruit, and almonds wrap up the experience with a delightful, lasting impression.
