Sie7e Deseos Ensamble Mezcal
Sie7e Deseos Ensamble Mezcal is a Mezcal Artesanal from Villa de Etla, Oaxaca, blending two matured agaves into a single expression: 100% Maguey Espadín aged 8 to 12 years alongside Maguey Tobalá aged 9 to 12 years. Produced as a Joven ensamble, it is roasted in a stone conical oven fired with oak and pine, fermented in pine-wood tanks, and double distilled in a wood-fired copper alambique — a traditional method that carries through every stage of production.
The mezcal pours crystalline in the glass, opening with sweet pine and earthy aromas over notes of cooked maguey. On the palate it is elegant, silky and fine, with subtle smoke layered against herbal and mineral touches, finishing on notes of mineral-driven earthy smoke.
