Tasting Notes

Aroma:
The nose is a symphony of enticing aromas, featuring the sweet and savory notes of cooked agave intertwined with the warmth of bourbon and oak. Earthy undertones add depth, while hints of butterscotch and dried cherries contribute to the complex bouquet.

Palate:
Upon the first sip, the palate is treated to a robust and spicy experience. Cinnamon-infused oak takes the lead, complemented by the rich and fully cooked agave. Salted caramel and honey introduce a luscious sweetness, while subtle notes of black pepper and fruit add layers of complexity to the overall tasting experience.

Finish:
The finish is a masterpiece in itself—slightly smoky with a lingering silkiness that endures. It leaves a lasting impression of the tequila's depth, inviting contemplation and appreciation for the artistry that comes with five years of meticulous aging in American oak barrels.
