Tasting Notes

Color: Deep garnet with a dark, almost opaque core.

Nose: Aromas of black currant, red cherry, and dark plum dominate, layered with notes of black tea, anise, and nutmeg. Subtle hints of tobacco, cedar, and dried herbs emerge as the wine opens up, adding further complexity to the bouquet.

Palate: The wine is full-bodied and opulent, with beautifully integrated tannins that give it a velvety texture. Flavors of ripe blackberry, cassis, and red currant are complemented by touches of cocoa, espresso, and a delicate smokiness. The finish is long and lingering, with notes of dark fruit, spice, and a hint of minerality that adds to its elegance.
