Tasting Notes

Color: Golden Auburn

Nose: A vibrant aroma of ginger, orange, and dark chocolate. Expect plenty of citrussy ginger, waxy orange peel, and hints of cocoa nibs.

Palate: A bold and warming sensation of fresh and spicy ginger, balanced with creamy vanilla and the tropical sweetness of fresh pineapple. Additional layers of flavor include sweet raisins and fig, complemented by mellow, candied ginger and drizzles of vanilla syrup.

Finish: The finish is big and warming, leaving a lasting impression of candied ginger, citrus, and sweet Apera wine notes. The aftertaste is enriched with baking spices and a sticky gingerbread character.
