Tasting Notes

Nose: Delicate and complex, with aromas of light apple and citrus fruits such as orange, interwoven with subtle floral notes and hints of aged oak. The bouquet evolves with whispers of dried herbs and a faint touch of peat.

Palate: Rich yet balanced, the palate opens with citrus fruits like lemon zest and orange peel, followed by gentle spices—cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg. A smoky peat note intertwines with the aged wood character, offering depth and complexity.

Finish: The finish is long, smooth, and warming, lingering with layers of dried fruit, soft spices, and well-aged oak. It culminates in a rich, rounded experience with a refined touch of sweetness and peat.
