Tasting Notes

Nose: The nose opens with rich aromas of toasted oak and warm vanilla, underpinned by classic rye spice. Notes of baking spices like cinnamon and nutmeg mingle with subtle hints of dried fruit and a touch of smokiness, creating an inviting and layered bouquet.

Palate: On the palate, this whiskey delivers a bold and full-bodied experience. The spice from the 100% rye grain is front and center, balanced by sweeter undertones of caramel and dark chocolate. The complexity unfolds with additional layers of pepper, clove, and a slight herbal note, all leading to a well-rounded and satisfying flavor profile.

Finish: The finish is long and warming, leaving a pleasant trail of oak, vanilla, and lingering rye spice that gradually fades, inviting the next sip.
