Tasting Notes

Upon the first sip, Blind Burro Rum unveils a symphony of aromas and flavors that dance across the palate. The initial notes are warm and inviting, with hints of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak that evoke memories of old-world charm. As the rum caresses the tongue, deeper layers of flavor emerge, including a delicate spiciness that carries whispers of cinnamon and nutmeg. These spicy undertones are balanced by the mellowness of ripe fruits, offering a delightful contrast that adds depth to the tasting experience. The finish is long and smooth, leaving behind a lingering sweetness that beckons for another sip.
