Dos Hombres Tequila Blanco is the flagship expression from the tequila brand co-founded by Aaron Paul and Bryan Cranston, produced at NOM 1614, Tequilera TAP in Amatitán, Jalisco, under maestro tequilero Julio Cova. It is made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown on a single estate, with the agave cooked using a 75% autoclave and 25% traditional brick oven split before roller milling, fermenting for 72 to 96 hours, and double distillation in copper and stainless steel stills. The spirit rests for 30 days before bottling.
The nose carries the signature aroma of slow-roasted valley agave with delicate citrus undernotes. On the palate, subtle spiced notes of black pepper and a hint of toasted cinnamon come through with a smooth, velvety texture, leading to a long, soft finish with a touch of coconut.
