Dos Hombres Tequila Reposado
Dos Hombres Tequila Reposado is the second expression from Dos Hombres, produced at NOM 1614 Tequilera TAP in Amatitán, Jalisco under maestro tequilero Julio Cova. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown on a single estate and cooked using a 75% autoclave / 25% brick oven split before roller milling and copper-and-stainless double distillation, the reposado is aged three months in first-fill Four Roses bourbon barrels and finished with an additional 30 days in stainless steel. It arrived on shelves September 3, 2026, with an añejo expression from the brand expected in 2027.
The bourbon barrel aging shows through immediately on the nose, where slow-roasted valley agave meets orange, tangerine, peach, plum and green apple alongside light American oak, cinnamon and vanilla. On the palate, oak sweetness and brown sugar lead into fresh almond, caramelized orange and cooked agave, with a whisper of black pepper underneath. The finish is warm, lightly oaked and silky.
This is a strong pickup for collectors tracking the Dos Hombres lineup ahead of the 2027 añejo release, and it pairs naturally with other barrel-finished agave spirits in our tequila selection at Liquor Geeks. Ships to most US states. Adult-signature required at delivery.
