Tasting Notes

Nose: A fragrant bouquet greets the senses with baked apples, pears, and vanilla, accompanied by subtle hints of almonds and a delicate waxy note. With a touch of water, floral notes of narcissus, jasmine, and heather honey emerge, followed by the aroma of sweet pastries.

Palate: The palate offers an oily and spicy texture, revealing a wealth of sweet flavors. Baked pears and candied apples dance alongside almond marzipan and notes of star anise and praline. Subtle hints of lemon balm, eucalyptus, and a hint of charcoal add complexity and depth.

Finish: Long, persistent, and subtly cooling, the finish lingers with the sweetness of baked fruits and a touch of vanilla.
