Tasting Notes

Appearance: Warm amber with copper glints.

Nose: Wonderfully aromatic and layered, offering rose petals, jasmine, carnation, and lilac, interwoven with exotic spice notes of cumin, nutmeg, ginger, saffron, chilli, and anise. Hints of sweet oak, toasted chestnut, and menthol drift in gently.

Palate: A bold burst of warming spice — ginger, black pepper, and mustard seed — balanced by soft, indulgent sweetness: mint toffee, demerara sugar, and sugar-coated almonds. Lively notes of eucalyptus lift the palate, giving it a cooling contrast and elegance.
