Old Potrero Rye Whiskey California Cellar Series Sonoma Portworks showcases a unique partnership between Old Potrero and Sonoma Portworks. This limited-edition whiskey, aged 5 years and 10 months, is finished in barrels previously used for aging Sonoma Portworks' ports. The result is a harmonious marriage of bold rye character with luscious port barrel influences, creating a spirit that captures the essence of California's innovative craft beverage scene. Complex and flavorful, it’s a tribute to the artistry of both distilling and winemaking.

Palate: Sweet and spicy rye forms the backbone, complemented by vibrant cinnamon, a nutty richness, and bright accents of cherry wood. Layers of dried fruit sweetness and port-inspired complexity add depth.

Finish: Long and satisfying, with flavors of grape cola, a subtle tanginess reminiscent of grape leaves, and a warm spiced rye "hug" that lingers beautifully.
