Papa's Pilar Aged Rum Legacy Edition 2023 Finished In French Oak Casks 88 is a masterful blend of rums sourced from the Caribbean and South America. These rums were initially aged in Bourbon barrels and Spanish Sherry casks before being expertly finished in once-used Apple Brandy French Limousin oak casks. Additionally, a small amount of the rum undergoes finishing in apricot and orange bitters casks. The result is a complex and layered rum with a delicate aroma and a dynamic flavor profile.
