Three sides of Penelope's four-grain straight bourbon in one set: the uncut Barrel Strength, the Rosé Cask Finish and the Toasted Series at 100 proof.

The same mash bill of corn, wheat, rye and malted barley, taken three directions — full proof, wine-cask fruit and toasted-barrel sweetness — so you can taste what the finishing does.
