Tasting Notes

Nose:
A delicate and inviting bouquet with sweet vanilla bean, golden raisin, dandelion, and honeycomb, layered with subtle notes of bee pollen for a floral undertone.

Palate:
Rich and multidimensional, the palate reveals browned butter and sugar, serrano chile spice, and a touch of beachwood smokiness. Layers of young coconut, anise, and Colombian walnut add texture and intrigue, rounded off by a hint of earthy gentian root.

Finish:
The finish transforms beautifully with notes of ripe banana peel, the grassy sweetness of Martinique rhum, and the creamy, tropical essence of plantains. It lingers with a warm, velvety complexity.
