Sie7e Deseos Tobalá Mezcal is a Mezcal Artesanal made from 100% wild Maguey Tobalá, produced in Villa de Etla, Oaxaca under maestro mezcalero Rogelio Bautista Viveros. The agave is roasted in a stone conical oven fired with oak and pine, fermented in pine tanks, and double distilled in a wood-fired copper still, a traditional process that earned this joven expression a Gold Medal in the Spirits Selection at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2025.
The nose opens with cooked agave, herbal notes, and a distinctive trace of pine from the roasting wood. On the palate it turns soft and velvety, carrying a marked earthy character through to a mineral, smoky finish that reflects the wild-harvested Tobalá agave at its core.
