Tasting Notes

Color: Brilliant golden yellow with a slight greenish hue.

Nose: A refined bouquet of ripe stone fruits such as peach and apricot, complemented by notes of lemon zest, almond, and delicate white flowers. Subtle hints of toasted brioche, vanilla, and a touch of hazelnut add depth.

Palate: The palate is generous and creamy, with a luscious texture balanced by vibrant acidity. Flavors of ripe pear, citrus, and yellow plum are layered with nuances of buttery oak, fresh almonds, and a chalky minerality. The well-integrated oak aging provides a subtle toastiness.

Finish: Long, elegant, and lingering, with a harmonious blend of fruit, spice, and mineral notes.
